Hi and welcome! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY27071) with specialty expertise and over 15 years of experience working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals, as well as their families. Prior to opening my private practice, I trained and worked in academic hospital settings as faculty and attending clinical psychologist where I provided care to autistic and neurodivergent clients, supervised trainees, and developed programs and services.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in neurodivergent affirming, strengths-based, evidence-based (cognitive behavioral therapy) care that is supportive, goal oriented, and focuses on practical skill-building that will hopefully enhance your quality of living. Simply put, I don’t believe in “curing” autism. I embrace your diversity and neurotype, look to you to determine what we work on together, incorporate your interests and strengths, and make sure that the ideas or strategies we discuss feel reasonable and authentic to you.
I find immense joy in building relationships with and learning from my clients. I hope to partner with you in achieving your goals and making changes that are meaningful and important to you.
