Individual Therapy
My approach to therapy is primarily from a neurodivergent affirming and strengths-based lens and incorporates evidence-based strategies that I tailor to match your lived experience, build upon your strengths and interests, and practically fit within your daily routine. You guide the focus of our therapy sessions. I offer support, knowledge, ideas, and strategies. Together, we explore what is desirable for you and makes most sense in making meaningful change in your life. Common reasons why people reach out to me include (but aren’t limited to) learning about their neurodivergence, dealing with autistic burnout, masking, anxiety, mood concerns, friendship and relationship skills, and adjusting to life transitions.
Family Support
I’m available to meet with you and your partner or adult sibling to help them better learn about your neurodivergence, neurodivergence broadly, and provide a safe and supportive platform to begin a dialogue around your needs in order to build a more reciprocal, authentic relationship.
Consultation
Consultations may be a good option if you need a second opinion, want guidance about a specific topic/question, or want a supportive place to work through some thoughts but don’t want to commit to anything long term. These sessions are solution-focused, and we typically meet for a few sessions.
